POSTAL INFORMATION
All orders will be sent using Australia Post services. If you reside in the Sydney metropolitan area, a courier option is available - the cheaper freight charge will determine whether we use Aust Post or courier. Postage fees are calculated using both the weight and cubic measurement of the parcel. A guideline of the cost is set out below, however, the exact amount can only be formulated once the order is packed. It is our policy to keep postage costs to a minimum. |

REGISTERED POST
The cost for registered post is $2.35 per parcel.
It is advised to register all parcels. This service offers a unique identification number which is proof of posting, requires a signature on delivery, and includes insurance cover up to $100. If you are going to insure a parcel, it must be registered first. |

INSURANCE
If your order is breakable, it is advisable to take out insurance. The cost is calculated on the value of your parcel. Your parcel must also be registered, refer above.
The cost to insure your order is:
$2.35 registered post
$1.10 per $100, or part thereof. (in excess of $100 and up to $5000).
For example if your order cost $325.00,
$2.35 + registered post, cover insurance for the first $100
$3.30 = $1.10 per $100 or part thereof, ie 3 x $1.10 for the next $225.00
$5.65 this is the total amount on parcel worth $325.00
When you receive your order, please check for any damages before you sign the delivery receipt. |

RETURNS
All defective and incorrect items will be replaced and frieght charges reimbursed. Please contact us within 7 days for approval before returning items. We do not accept returns on books or lead. |
